President and CEO of MontRose Ventures Inc., Dr. Heather Johnson, is a scientist and engineer with a Doctoral degree in Management specializing in Radical Innovation and Strategic Management. She also has a Master’s degree in Quality Management with a focus on Engineering & Technology. Dr. Johnson is an award winning expert, who has over 30 years of experience in FDA and EU regulated industries including Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Medical Device arena for several global companies. Her expertise has been well developed in the areas of science, engineering, and technology which she has skillfully integrated into her passion, radical innovation and technology management. Dr. Johnson is a "big picture", "out of the box thinker" who gets things done "right the first time". Dr. Johnson help corporations understand their pain points and get out of fire fighting mode to become world class, business performers. Dr. Johnson has enhanced her skills further by becoming an executive coach working with leaders at all levels of of corporations to develop their skills, competencies, capabilities, knowledge and strategies needed to drive business performance in the 21st century and into the future.
